MPM provides prototype through production, 2-5 axis machined parts from both billet and castings. Our specialty is complex machined turnkey castings. The key to our success is that your castings start with the tooling we build. We work with you and our foundries to design the casting with draft, shrinkage, and machine stock as needed so you get exactly what you want. This enables us to concurrently build the machine fixtures, order tools, plan our machining, and complete 3D solid models to you while the casting are being produced. Using our 5th axis capability we can provide a accurate machined part in either low volumes or high volumes. If you need machined castings or 3D type machining, please let us quote your project.
