Engineering

Our engineering team uses the latest software (Solidworks, PTC Creo andMastercam) to design castings, foundry tooling, fixtures and machining programs. Having the ability to manage the project from initial casting design all the way through machined parts can cut down costs and lead time.
Our quality team inspects parts using the latest software and technology (PC-DMIS, Polyworks, Geomagic, Blue-Light Scanner, CMM’s and custom gaging) to ensure we meet our customer’s expectations. We are ISO 9001:2015 and IATF:16949:2016 registered with the ability to comply with ISO 13485 and other industry standards. In addition, we are always looking for continuous improvement opportunities that our customers could benefit from.

And with the ability to design and build our own foundry tooling, many times we can reduce cost and lead time. We also offer other value-added services including painting, pressure testing, line ready assembly, non-destructive testing and project management.
